Very poor service from SARS

The service at SARS is real bad. as i am still waiting for the 2*** pay out. first they made a mistake on my TAX return. They said i ow them money then we showed them the documents we sent in. then they said they will have a look at it. after this we had to raise a dispute. they then said every time we phoned they will escalate it. This we have done I don't no how many times. Then we get an email asking for more time if that is OK with us but there is not an option to say no only yes. and that has past and still no feedback then you get to a manager eventually then they say they will escalate it. Well that is how it has bean going for more than a year and a half already. Now we just get told we must wait.
