<p>Im still excited from my interactions with the a consultant by the Name of Samkelisiwe Banda. from the moment she answered the call till the end she was soooo calm, patient, professional, very helpful. im really lost for words. Calling any call centre is a nightmare this days, and Samkelisiwe Banda just changed perception about call centre that not all of them are rotten. wow, the level of passion and professionalism she maintained through out was the best i have ever experienced in my whole entire life. Keep it up, you will go places. stay level headed and keep on conquering.</p>
