Verification and refund payouts

I'm so disgusted with the service from Sars, how many times one must upload supporting docs for verification....the only thing they good at is to take your money. I've uploaded my docs for 3 times with same information and had to wait for 21 days....for 3 times. I am soooooo sick 😡😡😡😡😡
