USELESS SYSTEM

This is the 2nd year I have battled NO END to get onto the SARS website with my User Name and Password<br> I keep these details in a special BOOK, and do not change the passwords etc.<br> <br> I have been locked out of E-FILING for a few weeks now, even after having telephoned to report my inability to get onto the site. I need to know if there is any correspondence that SARS requires, but no luck.<br> <br> My attempt again today: CASE FILE *** has yet again proved fruitless! I was given a TEMPORARY PASSWORD so that I could open e-filing...and this does not work either! E-filing now suggests that my USER NAME is incorrect, even after having confirmed it with the agent on the line!<br> <br> DOES SARS WANT THE MONEY I OWE OR NOT??<br> <br> If so.... please jack up this pathetic USER NAME/PASSWORD story, or I'll take a holiday overseas with the money.
