USELESS SERVICE REGARDING LIFTING A SPECIAL STOPPER

Since october 2020 i have been trying to lift the special stopper on my account. And every time im being told to make an appointment and submit my documents. I have done it twice now and after waiting the period they tell me the same thing that i need to make an appointment.

How many appointment does one need to make?????
