USELESS SARS MOBILE APP

I have downloaded the so-called SARS Mobile App. Goodness-gracious, I cannot even go beyond the registration phase. It's one error message after the other. I downloaded the useless app at the SARS offices in Pretoria North on the 1st July as the beginning of the tax season, I was struggling and we were told to be patient as there was a huge traffic on the system. What nonsense! We were put in one room and told that we were told we were "now going to be in the 4th industrial revolution", what a hogwash!! The app takes you beyond the 1st industrial revolution! USELESS! iI have been trying to connect ever since without any luck. I even TRIED their ONLINE 'Lwazi' hoping for assistance, DOLOLO!! I guess I will have to wait for August to submit manually, as I always did previously. Mr Kieswetter, your APP is completely USELESS!!
