Useless SARS Centurion

SARS in Centurion are USELESS!! I am working at a company since January 2024. I realised the owner does not pay my PAYE and UIF. She doesn't give us payslips and she deducts more money then she is supposed to.

I went to their offices numerous times during the 2 years. I opened a case in February 2025- July 2025 I phoned for an update- the case has been disclosed without any reasons!

10 October 2025 I went back to SARS. With evidence that the owner does not pay any money to SARS but she is deducting it- they told me that they cannot do anything about it. I must pay the outstanding amount, and I must talk to her to give the money back. Seriously?

I only asked the consultant to give me the updates about my case in February 2024- she told me it is not even on the system. The case number? How can it just dissapear?
