USELESS SARS

Honestly, have been struggling with sars for years because of there "efilling" problem. I contacted numerous branches via email, physically went to numerous branches stood there for hours and they sent me away with no help saying its an "online issue". I CAN'T even log into SARS filling because of an "ERROR" message. They phone and they can't help you because its a "technical problem" for the technical guy that never phones you back :) FED UP can someone from SARS assist me?????
