Useless SARS

I submitted my 2018 return on the 2nd of July and on efilling it stated to complete 2011 and 2016 which i did. It has been 5 months and all the call center agents can tell me is that 2018 is finalized but 2011 and 2016 are with the auditors and they have no turn around time. How pathetic
