Useless Sars

I registered for efilling profile which I was asked to submit the updated person details to one of their branch I went to boksburg branch to submit the documents on the beginning of this month. I tried to contact them to get my account activated but that will never happened, everytime when I call there was a story after story. on the 14th August I was told to upload the document on the profile which I have done it but still my account still inactive. Today I tried to phone them again and the lady by the name of Portia hang up the phone on my ears as I was asking more question. my call reference number is ********** 67
