Useless SARS

After 30 days still no progress you call the call centre they give you every time a new reffarence number so that it looks like you have contacted them the first time. I have four new references numbers. When yo select call back the make as if they call you but put down as soon as you accept the call back. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
