Useless!!!!! Poor Poor Service

Sars is useless. If you don't want to give a person the refund just say that stop delaying process for your own gain how many times must one submit same documents over and over again and I was promised yesterday and on Friday refund is in progress not it's suddenly verification again. Hopefully they ombudsman will help me get somewhere cause they useless
