Useless, *********** and government *****s

Called them a month ago, took me 3 days get help from their useless call center only to get a lousy appointment after to be told to wait 21 days, well its more than the 21 days now they say the is a note saying it is solved still cant file. First case no ***, then a ******* of an agent took my ID no and dropped the call with this ref ***, lastly with *** SARS is bull**** and i blame the government for this useless revenue services,
