Useless

It blows my mind how two provinces can be so different in the same country. I lived in KZN for 20 years, it took tem exactly two, max three days to finalize your assesment and if there is a payout its also allready in your bank. Here in the western cape you firstly get a message that they are working from home, then a straight forward medical claim with printed proof from Clicks attached takes them 21 days, to assess no other claims attached and then after the 21 days they unbelievably still send you a message that its going to take another 10 days JUST to confirm your banking details!!!!! Holy soul please give me strength because ive had it now. And then when you eventually get to talk to a consultant she indicates that you are lying it cant take KZN only two days to finalize. Please do yourself a favour and confirm with KZN yourself!!!!
