USELESS!!!

Can I just say how useless these people are!!!! All I want is my tax number and wonderful enough there is always an issue. it is GOD damn easy to request money from the people, however the system is up to ****!!!! Please come to the 20 first century please, and assist the clients more online so that we do not need to sit in a queue and waste the peoples time who is working at the offices because they are not as helpful as they may seem to be honest.

You sit in the queue for more than 4 hours and if you do not have the correct documents, they will not for ass help you, they will send you home and you need to come back the next day, just to find out that you either dont need the documents or you need something else like your Grade 1 teachers name for heavens sake, like do you need my first time I had a happy ending!!!!!!!
