URGENT!!!! UNACCEPTABLE

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my tax returns.

I have submitted everything and received correspondence regarding everything my refund was supposed to be paid yesterday and I received no updates as to why I haven't received my refund. I had called the contact center and was advised that refund was reversed due to verification due to bank details. This for one is unacceptable as sars has issued no form of communication. Then they expected to wait till end of September to make an appointment to sort this out and that is unacceptable.

I expect feedback today and whatever documents is required for me to submit I will submit today as I want my refund processed.

I will not continuously get this negligence from sars as this is not the first time this is occurring.

I have lodged this on hellopeter as well as I will not tolerate this anymore. Should it have been me paying I would've been requested to pay without any documents or verification again. So I expect this be dealt with soon.
