Good day<br> <br> <br> <br> I would lie some URGENT assistance please.<br> <br> I've been trying to update my details so that I can submit my IRP5'S for 4 years.<br> <br> <br> <br> I've been to SARS offices in Rustenburg 5 times now.<br> <br> Every time I have to take off from work to go and sit the. I also have to go and get new bank statements that costs me R150 each time, after many calls<br> <br> I've been told once again that my details have not been submitted and that I have to go back to the branch once again, I have so many ref numbers and so many paperwork that<br> <br> I'm drowning in it without getting anywhere.<br> <br> <br> <br> I'm on my 3rd new tax number, still getting nowhere slowly.<br> <br> Nobody can help me and somewhere somehow my paperwork is getting lost for the 5th time now! What am I supposed to do<br> <br> and who is going to pay all the penalty fees that is building up against my name
