Updating my e-filing profile

Hi Good day

I was trying to update my e-filing on the SARS website and I could not remember my login details so I contacted the call centre and they were not able to help me because most of my personal details have changed I was told to go to a branch to do this just because I did not remember my previous address (for security reasons) I find this completely unacceptable as I am not able to go into a branch at this point in time and will only be able to do this online. I am now sitting with a problem where i am unable to update my details on the SARS website because I need a tax verification form which i have to submit as soon as possible. I now cannot submit any other additional documents because of this issue.
