unworthiness of SARS

why am i not surprised with the award winning worst service driven institution ever "SARS" from holding on for more than 30 mins to a person who can not even put the line on hold when he speaks to the supervisor the guy on the line sounds as if he has just got out of bed and they say 21 working days which has been going on for more than 36 days to date absolute utter nonsense SARS is the worst ever and the people that work there too
