Unwarranted delays

I completed my e filing on the day e filing opened for the 2023/ 2024 period. I also submitted my supporting documents so that the process would be quicker. I went online on my mobile app only to be asked to resubmit documents already uploaded, so I did that. Days later, I called only to be told they sent me correspondence asking for more documents. I've never received that correspondence. Today I held on for 54 minutes and was cut off after that. SARS, please be fair and treat my refund as urgent. I've even checked my correspondence again and nothing further was sent to me asking for more information. Why did it have to take numerous attempts by me to get feedback. Please resolve this urgently
