Unsatisfied

Absolutely terrible, beehln sitting here for 4hours, i am newly married and moved to a new province..my husband got a knee operationon friday and unfortunately i had to bring him along as he knows were the SARS offices are in Standerton. So my poor husband has to sit in the car with heis knee elevated, while we wait and wait and wait.. 6 counts open, 4 off them has got earphones on assiting online clients....I mean I do understand if people are off sick, but surely there must be people assisting walk-in clients. This is absolute unacceptable. And then there is this rude SARS lady telling us if we are unhappy we are welcome to leave. Not happy at all with this kind off assistance
