Unsatisfied

I have a problem with SARS this issue has been happening everytime when i requst money from profident fund it always declined with no explanation or being contacted. the last time i had to do thousand calls and brand visist until i was assisted after launching the case to find out i had two tax number on their site and i only know one tax number then i asked the profident fund to re-apply received money within 48 hours, now i have similar problem discory app**** for my two pots still it rejected with no explanation, i made few calls but its not resolved.
