UNRESOLVED TAX RELATED QUERY

The service we are getting from SARS call center is beyond horrible actually there is no fitting word for it i have been trying to sort out my income tax related query for the past three months it's not easy to get through I have been holding for hours with no I don't how many reference numbers I have now this is really frastrating and costly as well
