Unresolved query. Pathetic service!

I did my tax return in Augudt 2018 whereby supporting documents were uploaded on the 28 August 2018. A few days later i contacted Sars to enquire if the documents has been received as it is still showing "pending to be reviewed" on my side. The consultant told me the auditors are busy with the audit and the documents has been received. The audit takes 21 working days. On the 28th of September i contacted Sars again. Consultant informed me that the 21days are done, they should have contacted me already thus she will be putting through an escalation. This is done when the audit time which is 21 days is completed and no correspondence has been received yet. The escalation was put through on the 01 October 2018 whereby i was told that i will be contacted within 2 working days.... 2 days went pass and i am still waiting! On the 5October 2018 i phoned in ONCE AGAIN. This time the consultant told me that she can see on the system i should be contacted by close of business on the 5th if OCtober 2018. A note was made on the system that the manager is following up on my escalation. Friday the 5th of October i waited like an idiot for Sars to contact me. At this point my patience and friendliness has run out! Monday 08 October 2018 i phoned in again... this time around i was told that no turn around time can be given, the auditors are still busy with my case??? So my question is why was i given so many turn around times by the other consultants if there is no turn around time?? The manager Sive told me that its just not my case the auditors have to audit... this is where i lost it! I dont care how many case they have to deal with, it can be thousands or even millions the fact remains its their job! What upsets me most is when you owe Sars, it can be a 10c they will send you continues letters, emails and sms's for that payment but when it comes to your refunds/payouts then the process takes months. At this point my frustration is so high. I have 5 different case numbers, phone recordings and still no solution!
