Unresolved Outstanding Payment

My name is Lwanda Plaatjie situated in Cape Town and my case number is ***. I have a complaint in regards of Sars stating that I owe them R 342 065.62

It states that on 2017 a submission statement states that I have a registered company under my name which I don't have any idea of and my eFilling was created on the 14th of December 2022 and which I have never created any of it.

I tried calling Sars and speak to one of their consultants and they told me different stories on how to do corrections or dispute the amount that I owe Sars but I need to be at the branch and make an appointment, which I don't understand.

Firstly Sars could've called me or emailed me stating that I owed them or send a letter of demand , so that I could have a clarification on what's going on my tax number since that I'm a tax payer and I have no company under my name.

As you guys can see on the attached document Sars has taken my provident fund money , which is unfair to me.

Please urgently attend to this matter as I'm currently unemployed and I have responsibilities that I need to take of and my whole family is looking upon me.
