UNresolved issues since 2011

SARS owes me a VAT refund of R6315-88, some amounts as far back as 2011. Despite visiting SARS offices 20 times in 2015, I just get stonewalled. I even escalated it to the SMMO office, only to be told later that the email address (given to me by a SARS official who swore me to secrecy) does not work.<br> <br> I've submitted a complaint to the Tax Ombudsman, only to be told one month later that I have not exhausted the complaint resolution process.<br> <br> Frankly, I've been utterly exhausted by SARS's internal processes that are in complete disarray. It has cost me countless hours, diesel to get there.<br> <br> SARS is also withholding an amount R2654-42 and their reason for doing so is invalid.<br> <br> I would just like to be referred to an official who is wiling and able to resolve my problems.
