You call, you are made to wait for a long time. When you do speak to an agent, they drop your call. You then have to call again, and wait for another long time. I just called Sars this morning, and I waited for almost an hour to speak to an agent. I managed to get through, but their line was so terrible I struggled to head what she was saying. She ended up dropping my call, and there was no call back. I'm now caller number 998 as I'm typing this complaint. PATHETIC!!
