Unprofessional behaviour

I had a tax issue that dragged since last year, eventually we make an arrangement and the sars representative I was dealing with is Magagula Hloniphile, I later realize despite the payment arrangement they still garnished my account. I sent an email to enquire, I sent that email as a response to the initial email they sent where she Cc’s her supervisor. So all communications I sent was through that email trail, Hloniphile phoned me back screaming why I Cc’d her boss, I sent only two follow ups which she didn’t respond to, and her call was to say why did I send a million emails. Went on to say they were soo kind to reallocate the money they were deducting to settle the account, if they ddnt deduct they wouldn’t have needed to be kind and when did a follow email need to be a call for a screaming session followed by a hang up while still talking.
