Unprofessional and unnecessary practice at SARS Bloemfontein

The service at the entrance it’s really phathetic. Security asking us to take out everything out of the bag and put it on a tray it’s really unnecessary,unprofessional and very embarrassing.

You really need to review this process. Imagine emptying your bag in front of everyone and packing it back. This is really unnecessary admin and worse the process is not consistent. Some are told to put their bags on a tray while some are forced to empty it. Kindly review this process. It’s frustrating
