Unprofessional and Unfair treatment by SARS Agents

I had a telephonic appointment for the 23rd of November 2021 at 10:00. One agent decided to attend to my appointment at 10:32, half an hour later. The phone rang for only 2 seconds and hung up. Follow up with SARS was also not fruitful, I was told that *********** agent closed the file as I was not available. This type of treatment shows 5 star pathetic unprofessionalism by some employees. If you have an appointment with them, this might happen to one of you. Now I am unable to get another slot on their site.
