Unprofessional and not giving feedback on time

I'm very livid with the way SARS is handling assessments and not giving their staff full training as some consultants don't know what information to give when you asking them questions. I submitted my documents in July 2015 and my profile was selected for an investigation(year 2009 and 2012 are done and closed) . Its been 4 months now and till today I'm still being investigated for year 2015 in which I was informed via sms on the 6th Oct to send more documents for this specific year. In 4 months I have been sent from pillar to post, given wrong information ,consultants not being sure of what information to give me and not picking up my documents that are uploaded/submitted on the system. I took time off to go to the branch several times to submit the same documents over and over again and waited for a month for my documents to reflect on the system. Right now I have a long list of reference numbers and I'm not even sure which one is for which call , I have wasted airtime and my time on the phone, queued at the branch for day and used my money for taxis just so I can get assisted and get over and done with all this cases and till today I'm still waiting for feedback. NOT IMPRESSED!!
