UNPAID PROVIDENT FUND 11 YEARS LATER

I have been waiting for my provident fund which was supposed to be paid by Alexander Forbes since 2012 and up until now I haven't received it, I went to Sars countless times where they made me believe that is where the problem is but I didn't get any help. I worked so hard for my money to be kept this long without any reason and I feel like they just want me to forget about it so they can have for their of good. Please assist Hello Peter and if needs be direct me to the right channel where I can report this greediness this company is doing to us unprivileged people. I have been advised that my profile has 2 tax numbers and 2 id numbers an Sars needs to correct it since AF isn't able to process my funds it's because Sars can't tax it. Whenever I go to Sars they advise me they will log case which will take 21 days for my profile to be update but up until today.
