Unpaid 2016 Returns

<p>Last year on the 05 July 2016. I submitted my returns to SARS via e-filling. I was due to paid a certain amount of money based to the electronic statement. Cash that was due to me was based on the Retirement Annuity and Medical Aid Contribution. From last year i've been phoning the call centre enquiring about the payment that was due to me the response i've been getting is that they are doing auditing. That I was not against it and again i phoned they need another 21 days to investigate. The process of 60 and 21 days have been going on till this year March. After all the waiting in the beginning of March I received a message to log in on e-filling, before i log in another came in on my cellphone it was on Sunday the 12 of March at 18h23 also requesting me to log in on e-filling. I found two messagges there was a statment advising that SARS will pay what is due to me. There was also another statement that say I am due to pay SARS. I've been phoned by SARS threatining me to pay if I am not paying they will go direct to my account and deduct the money. They also said they can also contact my employer and ganish me. I've disputed and I am currently awating the dispute that i submitted with Umhlanga Branch.</p>
