Unhelpful Agents

Ive done my tax return last week and last year got my refund within 3days, Ive called the call center this morning and this lady that dont have any menace to talk to another person informed me that some tax returns are due how come its due now and i got my refunds all these years without any of this i dont think she can do her job right
