Unhappy tax payer.

I have never felt this kind of assistance by any 1 in my life before while I have been asking for assistance from there consultants and it's been 6 days prior to them that a person should wait for 2 working days for them to assess me I have been waiting sinse the 9th of this month and no help from them yet.

While I have to fone them and then thy told me thy foned me while thy didn't and there consultants isn't doing there job I don't have the person's name because this person told his managers that thu foned me while thy didn't and now again I foned and now I have to wait again for 2days and this isn't on while other people who is paying there tax and when you need to get tax return and now this is there work by not doing what thy need to be doing.

I have never felt like this with there unprofessional kind of work and when it's time to pay our tax then we would pay it on time but now I should beg for there help what a unprofessional kind of work is this....
