Unhappy Client SARS failed Me

I am disgusted and appalled at the non service I received at SARS today especially after seeking clarity from an African male called Motlatsi he was rude arrogant and refused to book me an appointment at SARS.I asked to speak to the team leader he also refused can someone please look into this matter thanks
