unhappy client

I submitted my efiling and been selected for audit. My docs wre iploaded on 13 aug. They had 30 working days to complete it. To date nothing. Whenever i call the voice recording say its finalised i will receive my notice in 2 weeks time. That was 4 weeks ago. On 7 october a team leader escalated it and they wanted to add another 21 working days above the 30 working daya plus the 8 overdue working days. This is unacceptable. The team leader confirmed they cant add another 21 working days as this is unfair. All i want is my return to be finalised with immediate effect. I have never received such bad service before. 2 months for a tax return?
