Unfulfilled appointment

An telephonic appointment was made on the 8th of Dec 2021 and confirmed for the 13th with a reference number however no call came through upon calling the SATS contact center it was discovered gnat my case/appointment sS not assigned to anyone as a result no assistance provided.
