Unfairly penalties

I have been submitting documents but at the end I'm told I have not, I'm expected to submit documents under my ****en surname,I submitted my marriage certificate,it not helping,my documents that are send are documents provided by the company and have all information required,I'm still told I need to submit,now I don't know what I must fo
