Unfairly Dismissed Case not solved

I have been waiting since March for the Revenue Department to make a payment since I went to them with a labour law issue. I have had no joy from them and just get empty promises. I since then had to make a loan hoping that every end of the month they will keep they promises of payment. They just don't care. Are rude and give false information over the phone. I am sick of worrying how to pay back the lone. How this is managed is unbelievable and should stop. Its Christmas and I cant even pay my way . I am discussed with how they have been treating me. Biggest mistake I have ever made in my life.
