Unfaireness

I work for government,ipay more than a thousand every month at sars,now its a second month sars is deducting R2700 on my salary.how can i owe that much if i pay tax that much.now am in dept because of this , now i will owe school fees because of the money that i dont know.this is really drainning maan!now its my job to run around
