Unfair tax refund

SARS is so *******. I am struggling with my 2017 /2018 tax return. When I submitted they said that I have a R13000 refund. I didn't receive or hear anything from them so I went back to them. They then told me my wife's medical sertificate ended up in my papers and that I'm being audited. They said I should bring a bank statement to prove that it's not my medical and that idon't pay the medical, I got the bank statement from my bank, my wife's bank and the medical sertificate and an affidavit to show its not my medical and that I don't pay it. They then said they will do an objection and will let me know. I waited and waited. I phoned a few times and went in to see them a few times. Every time they had a different story. After a year of phoning and going to see them they say bacause my wife's dodument was between my papers I can't get any money back. They can check there records I don't have medical and I don't pay any medical aid. They are *****ing from people.
