Unfair tax liability

Early 2024 i tried to access my profile at SARS. My profile also has the business profiles linked. Whilst trying to access, i could not access the profile at all. Only to find out that i was a victim of profile hijacking and my username was changed. So i called the call centre and they informed me that they can reset instead of opening an investigation as this will take time. Fast forward, fictitious employees were created on the business profile and they claimed tax as well as UIF. Now i have been dealing with a lady from SARS who says i am liable for the PAYE and UIF claims. How is that possible? It is your platform that was hacked and now i have to be liable? I have submitted countless affidavits stating we do not know those people and that we have no employees whatsoever. Now they are threatening court action. I have never felt this bul**** like i am by SARS.
