UNFAIR JUDGEMENT

<p>I RUN A SMALL BUSINESS "RSK MOTORS CC" TAX No ********** 47 AND VAT No <br /> ********** 684. LAST YEAR i received a call from one of my supplier that they closing my account with them since I got a judgement from SARS again RSK motors cc, on which I approached SARS office in joburg, the lady informed me ther are some VAT returns for june to sep 2014 which are not in order, if I can bring her the invoices for the period the stuff I bought from from suppliers so can proceed to resolve this, I did take all the invoices for the amount which she requested for, this time I had to go to another counter, this second lady scanned all the documents, and told me everything will be ok, she was also surprised and did not believe me at all tha SARS got a judgement against me, and i am totally unaware of it, but I told this the truth nobody ever phone me or email me or any other correspondence whatsoever was made, but SARS manage to get judgement against me, I was hopping to get back to normal as the lady told me she is satisfy with the invoices I produce, and judgement will be reversed, but now SARS put me on ITC and made me blacklisted, I am small spare business and all my efforts of 23 years of hard working ig going down the drain, as I dont know what to do, even my book keeper is unable to guide me, please help</p>
