Unfair business

Am so tired of sars,when they have issues they will take your money from your salary without hesitation but when we go to sars offices no .they will tell you they will get back to you. This is not fair.i am a government employee who pays upto R3000 a month. And every year you get a message from sars saying you owe sars.they even took the amount of R13000 and till today sars didn't get back to me. But they manage to say I owe another R8000.i just need help I can't take this abuse from sars and nothing is happening about it.i owe school fees and I am in debt because of sars.this is really not fair
