Unfair blacklisting by SARS for PAYE already paid.

SARS blacklisted me for PAYE which they already received and returns submitted. Despite submitting IRP5 and "supporting documents" numerous times, I now have a judgment on my name for the next 5 years. No one is able to assist, each person tells me a different story
