Unbelievably dissapointed

<p>My mom had to be in an all day que a month and few days ago.</p> <p>The claim was captured and she was told her money would be released in 26 days,this has since passed.Everytime she calls she never gets the assistance she seeks.</p> <p>I am so disappointed.Because i have always had high standards for sars and they are now providing service like a typical government department.</p>
