Unauthorized deduction from my pension fund

Good day I submitted my tax returns in December 2019 and the assessment feedback was that I owed R22 000.. I immediately requested for for a reason and dispute, which I did not receive any response.. I then received an sms correspondence that I owe SARS R22 000.. I then withdraw money from my preservation pension fund so that I am able to pay my debts such as vehicle, home loan, school fees, credit card, grocery, vehicle insurance etc. as the bank wants to repossess the car.. however SARS took it upon themselves to deduct that R22 000 from my Pension fund withdrawal.. I am now stuck with my debts and car being repossessed.. I am currently unemployed since February 2019, so I need my money back from SARS.. this is unacceptable.. I want SARS to refund me the money that was deducted unauthorized..
