Unacceptable service from SARS

I submitted my tax return on 4 July 2022 when I was informed that SARS was going to audit my return. They informed met that they have 21 days to complete the audit. Since then there has been no correspondence from them. I Phoned them this morning to find out why it has not been finalised . They now tell me that my 2021 return is being audited and there is no turn around time on this audit. This is unacceptable as they did audit my 2021 return already last year. I need somebody to assist me in this matter because this is the worst service.
