UNACCEPTABLE SARS SERVICE

I have received numerous case numbers after being on the phone how many times and then get kicked out of the system. They made an appointment with me for 15h00 and it never happend. This is really unacceptable as these things are important and urgent. Please assit ASAP. Thank you
